Electra Business Breakfast Privacy Policy Statement

We collect personal information from you, including information about your:

• Name and some contact information

 

We collect your personal information to:

• Receive your ticket booking in Humanitix to attend Electra Business Breakfast so we can send you an invitation to attend future Electra Business Breakfast events.

 

Besides our staff, we share this information with:

• The Electra Business Breakfast MailChimp professional account to store your name, email and business name (this is an optional field) for remarketing.

 

If you choose not to enter your first and last name, and email when making a booking on Humanitix, we will not be able to complete your ticket booking to attend the Electra Business Breakfast.  For each attendee we will only ask for their name, email and a business name is optional.  If you are the ticket buyer, we will ask for the same information and your phone number as that is requirement of Humanitix if we complete refund or transfer requests.

 

We keep your information safe by storing in the secure Humanitix and MailChimp platforms that only allow access by Helene Judge of Electra Business Breakfast to operate day to day.

 

We keep your information for as long as you continue to attend Electra Business Breakfast.  We monitor and clean MailChimp list data monthly.  Any subscriber can unsubscribe or update their MailChimp profile at any time from a MailChimp campaign by scrolling to the bottom of the campaign to update preferences or unsubscribe from the list.
